For any company whose key activities are services related, staffs are the most important resources. RightClick has a small but robust team with skills varying from ICT, media, management, legal, accounting and finance. We have one staff with a PhD, another is few months from getting his PhD, two with masters degree, 5 with degrees (two are finishing their masters degrees) and 3 with diplomas. The following are the short bios of our staff.

Joan Valentine
She has a masters degree in IT and Management after completing her undergraduate course in IT. Joan has interest in research and project management as well as trainings. She has working experience in all level from computer and network technician, teaching partner a national level researcher. Joan is an ambitious individual aiming at being a director in a large organization within five years. She is currently looking forward to sit for exam for professional certification in system audit and project management.
Joseph Sedoyeka
Is our Director of Finance. Having done his bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance and MSc in IT and Management, Joseph is a talented young individual with a good mixture of technology and finance knowledge.
Robert Hizza
Is a theater expert, Senior TV producer and a filmmaker by profession. He pursued his first Degree of Fine and Performing Arts at the University of Dar es salaam in the renowned department of fine and Performing Arts where he majored in theater Arts and minored in Film and television production studies. Over the years Robert has worked different jobs as Assistant researcher, Art coordinator, gender exhibition coordinator, creative writer, cinematographer, video editor, Actor for stage and screenplays, Light designer, film director and Producer of TV programs. In his professional experience this brilliant producer has succeeded to produce, write, direct, shot and edit so many TV programs, music videos, TV Plays and Commercial adverts for TV and Radio. His passion to work in media sector made him possible to realize that Radio, Film and Television are extensive means of communication.

Athman Mjungu
He is a computer science graduate dealing with all kind of digital and analog devices. He has interest in programming and network for digital devices. Mr. Mjungu has expertise in web technologies (he is our webmaster) with special interest in artificial intelligence (AI). He is currently about to start studying Cisco Certified Network Associate.
Ahmed Meena
A journalist by Profession having completed Advanced Certificate course and Diploma course at the Dar es Salaam School of Journalism.
Have worked with different organizations, like Business Times Ltd as news correspondence with the Daily News, has also been a tutor at the Dar Es Salaam Institute of Journalism and Mass communications. Have worked for Radio Country FM in Iringa as a Radio Presenter and Chief News Editor. He is now a second year Student at the Open University Of Tanzania pursuing BA MASS COMMUNICATIONS and also studying professional certificate in SACCOS MANAGEMENT at MOSHI UNIVERSITY COLLAGE OF COOPERATIVES AND BUSINESS STUDIES (MUCCOBS) Distance.
Rabii Kinyogoli
Is a young talented graphics designer who has worked his way from a printing based to a motion graphics artist. He is acquired his certificate in Computer Science from University of Dar es Salaam and currently taking 3D animation course at Media One School of Digital Arts. Previously, he worked as a part time graphics designer at Ardhi University Printing Unit. He is very enthusiastic, hardworking and has a good artistic vision. His main interests are to learn and gain more experience working with different medium with regards to TV and broadcasting. He is also looking forward to going for further related studies.
